Fitness Classes

Zumba classes are on Mondays and Fridays at 10 am.

Senior Walking Club

The Senior Walking Club meets on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month at 9:30 am, for low-impact walking excursions.

Senior Center Gym

Seniors can enjoy exercising at the Senior Center Gym, which features a treadmill, stationary bike, weights, and other exercise equipment.The gym may be used during the Senior Center’s operating hours (except during scheduled classes). There is no fee to use the gym.

Principles of Mind & Body for Older Adults

This course provides older adults with instruction and resources for cultivating mind and body health. Guided instruction in movements to maintain and increase muscle strength, physical fitness, coordination, and balance.

This is a free course offered by Rio Hondo College. This is available January 29th through May 20th on Wednesdays and Fridays from 10 to 11 am. You get to sign-up at the Senior Center.
