Graffiti Removal

The City of South El Monte Public Works Field Services Division handles the Graffiti Abatement Program. The goal is to keep our community clean, safe, and attractive place to live, work, and visit.

One way of maintaining the City’s attractiveness is by promptly removing graffiti from our community. This keeps our neighborhoods aesthetically pleasing and deters further graffiti vandalism.

How to Report

Please report any graffiti sightings by:

Submit an Online Service Request
Use your smartphone or other mobile electronic device (i.e. iPad, tablet, etc.) with the "Access South El Monte" App. The free mobile application is available at the Apple App Store and Android Market.
Contact the Field Services Division at 626-444-3158. Please provide a location and description of graffiti. Our City’s Graffiti Abatement crew will generally respond to the location and remove the graffiti within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your report
