Wynwood Arts District 3

We are currently inventorying our community’s talent and looking for partners to help the district thrive. Whether you are an artist, a property or a business owner, or a resident with a vision, we want to hear from you.

For Residents & Volunteers:

This is your City. Help us ensure the art reflects our community's heritage.

• What we need: ideas, talents and resources and how you'd like to be involved. Your feedback on allowable uses and restrictions, art ideas and locations, and your availability to volunteer for community painting days or district events.

• Action: Email us at info@SEM.art to provide us feedback and how you'd like to be involved or to join our mailing list.

For Artists

We are building the Artist Registry of talent for upcoming small and grand-scale projects and to coordinate community art projects.  After your first approved installation, you become a Featured Artist!

For Curators:

We are in the market to purchase and restore used art.

What we need: Please contact us to tell us about your collection and how it could fit into the art district and the process for restoration.

• Action: Email your used art portfolio, pricing, and a brief introduction to info@SEM.art.

For Business and Property Owners:

Turn your business or property into a landmark and benefit from the City's marketing via the City's Business Mural Program Let us know if you have a high-visibility wall or space available for a mural or sculpture. Tell us about your business vision and how art can help tell your story.

For Sponsors:

Invest in the cultural fabric of South El Monte.

• What we need: Partners interested in naming rights for specific installations, high-visibility sponsorship of district zones, or contributions to the Arts District Capital Improvement Budget.
